Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms govern authorized use of the Shadowlines security review service. The service is currently in preview. Access is by arrangement with the service operator at contact@apogee1.net. A separately signed agreement governs where its terms conflict with these terms.

Authority and permitted use

Use the service only for organizations, accounts and resources you are authorized to assess. You must have authority to grant requested permissions and submit information on behalf of your organization. Keep credentials secure, manage your users' access, and notify support of suspected misuse. Do not bypass tenant isolation, probe other customers, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful content.

Connected services

Google sign-in, Workspace administrator authorization, restricted-scope consent and content-read approval are distinct. Connecting one account does not establish access to an entire organization. You are responsible for approving the appropriate supported capabilities and following your organization's policies and third-party terms. Availability and results depend on provider permissions, quotas and the evidence collected.

Your data and generated results

You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize processing needed to deliver the service under the Privacy Policy and your organization's applicable agreement. These terms do not grant permission to sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or train generalized AI models.

Findings, AI answers, risk estimates and generated policies or reports support human review. They can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify evidence and review proposed actions before relying on them. Results do not establish compliance, guarantee security, provide legal advice, or guarantee future financial outcomes.

Preview, availability and changes

Preview capabilities may change, be limited or be withdrawn. No uptime commitment, certification or Marketplace approval is implied. Do not rely on preview access as your sole security control. Paid services, support commitments and any service-level agreement require a separate agreement; this page does not create a subscription or authorize a charge.

Suspension and ending use

Access may be suspended to address security, abuse, legal requirements or service maintenance. You may stop using the service and request disconnection and deletion through support. Provider revocation and deletion of stored records are separate actions, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Applicable retention and legal obligations continue after access ends.

Responsibility and contact

The preview is provided as available, without a promise that it will be error-free or fit every purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact contact@apogee1.net for support, disputes, data requests or questions about these terms.

Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing agreement or data permissions require the applicable notice and agreement or consent.
